Macao Giant Panda Pavilion
The Giant Panda Pavilion is a zoo within the Seac Pai Van Park, which is the largest green space in Macau. Entry to the section of the Giant Panda Pavilion containing the giant panda bears currently costs 10 Macanese Pataca for adults, but is free or children under 12 and people over 65. The section with the pandas and the other sections with the rare animals is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00 and again from 14:00 to 17:00.

The Giant Panda Pavilion is glass structure covering an area of over 3,000 sqm. The Panda zone has two indoor sections, an outdoors area and a large exhibit area arranged in a fan like configuration, with walkways at the top of the fan for visitors. The red pandas are kept in the Pavilion of Rare Animals which has two indoor areas and three outdoor areas. The Red Pandas are much smaller creatures (about 60 cm in length) which live largely in trees in the wild and the enclosures in which they are kept in Macau reflects their natural environment a lot better than the enclosure for the giant pandas. The red pandas have tree to climbs and perches. The other attraction to visit in the Seac Pai Van Park, which is entirely free for everybody, is the Flora Garden which has lots of plant and tree species as well as birds and a small number of primates. The park also has facilities such as toilets, snack bar and playgrounds for children.
